Market Values

The first is that prices are much lower here than most places; a Modesto home will cost about a third what a Markham home might. Second, you do have to be careful about which neighborhood you choose to buy in. While police are cracking down on the major problems in Modesto, residents of the south and west communities tend to stay indoors at night.
